Taveuni, Fiji; Taveuni's only butcher lives on the southern end of the island and uses his cows to eat the grass under the coconut trees, so that the coconuts can be harvested after they fall, coconut palm trees grow in groves on the southern end of the island, the coconuts are harvested for their meat and the husks are burned to heat water, which creates steam, to generate electricity
